Richard specializes in Real Estate and farm land sales, farm machinery and property auctions and appraisals. Over the past thirty years, He has gained many contacts with other people in the machinery and land sales business, so he is always up-to-date on the current values. Involved in Real Estate sales full-time also gives him a current knowledge of land, residential and commercial values.
Born and raised on a farm east of Morris, IL, RIchard owned and managed my own farming operation for 28 years. Having sold his farming business in 1995, He now concentrates on his real estate. auction and appraisal business.
